Blake Thomas shook the Jumpboost Racing League world with a 0.011 second win at Talladega Superspeedway. The race saw a total of 17 lead changes total in what seemed to be a 42 lap dash to victory.

This 0.011 second margin of victory is currently the closest victory we have seen in any of the Jumpboost Racing League series so far! Coming in to turn 3 we saw the top seven drivers stacked two deep, three wide pushing for a victory. With racing that close, at that high of speeds, the big one was inevitable..

Going into the front stretch of Talladega heading into the tri-oval, the #39 of Domenic Previte was leading the field. In an attempt to stop the side draft, he slid up the track in front of the outside line and in turn was hooked by his teammate, Joe Tardif in the #48 car setting off a chain reaction of an accident. Four cars in total were collected in the incident and it led to the photo finish victory with Blake Thomas #5, Harley Barletta #81 and Bob Williams #06.

Will we see another first time ARCA Series winner this week going into Kansas? Time will tell! Join us next week!
