Bristol Motor Speedway is a 0.533 mile oval short track in Bristol, Tennessee. The track has held a variety of events since its opening in 1961, including NASCAR races, NCAA FBS college football games, and sprint car races.

The track in its current form is measured at 0.533 miles, with the track’s turns ranging from 24 degrees to 30 degrees in banking. The straightaways are banked at four degrees at the bottom and progresses up to 9 degrees at the top. This half mile track has many nicknames but is known to most long term fans as Thunder Valley.

Bristol Motor Speedway is a popular track known for its tight racing, furious competition, and high-banked track. It’s one of the world’s largest sporting venues and features stadium-like seating and an all-concrete surface. This is why they now call it The Last Great Colosseum.

This race will test the Jumpboost Racing Leagues drivers and teams alike with a lot of opportunity for frustrations to rise, metal to be twisted and cars to be wrecked. Coming off some of our closest finishes we have seen in the Jumpboost Racing League, I for one am curious as how tire strategy and pit stops will play out for our drivers.
