Justin Potts would lead the first two laps but after a review of the start of the race, would have to serve a pass through penalty for jumping the start. This would put Josh Previte in the lead and he would charge forward and lead the next 33 laps of the stage.

The Stage One break would give us one of our two lead changes of the entire race. Eric Wolfe would take only two tires and fuel and beat the remainder of the field off of the pits. The laps led by Wolfe here would be the only laps not led by Josh Previte for the entire race.

Stage Two would be an absolutely dominate performance by Josh Previte. Leading all but the four that Eric Wolfe would lead at the beginning of the stage.

In the late stages of the race a caution leading to a restart on lap 92 would lead to Harley Barletta’s early exit from the final race of the season. Barletta starting on the inside line would get a push from Wolfe that upset the balance of the car, in turn, Wolfe’s car moved up the track when he lifted to avoid Barletta potentially spinning on corner entrance and caught the drivers side rear corner of Garrett Hummel who was outside of the two cars.

This would end Barletta’s day and have him finish the race 35 laps down.

On Lap 116 Wolfe would find himself on the other end of an incident as Joe Tardif was charging hard in a battle for second place would dive into the corner under Wolfe sending him spinning rear bumper first towards the outside wall. This would cause Wolfe to have to take a repair and get back on track but it would not end there.

Shortly after this incident, Tardif would find himself broken as well on the exit of turn two. Tardif would spin in the middle of the corner and on correcting broke his steering. The issue with the steering would cause Tardif to end the race 7 laps down.

In the end, Josh Previte would go on to lead a total 123 of the 127 Laps of the season finale setting him up for a solid beginning of the Playoffs. This would be Previte’s fifth win of the regular season.
